About the Role:
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a medium-density residential project, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met. You will work closely with trades, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality homes.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Oversee all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
✔️ Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
✔️ Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies
✔️ Conduct quality control checks and site inspections
✔️ Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues to keep the project moving
✔️ Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal stakeholders
✅ Knowledge of WHS requirements and Australian building regulations
✅ Ability to problem-solve and make quick, informed decisions
✅ A strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes
✅ Relevant qualifications in building and construction
