Dynamics CRM/365 Technical Lead/Solution Architect | Senior Microsoft Dynamics Solution Developer / Tech Lead / Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics Solution Developer / Tech Lead / Solution Architect to join a major digital transformation program delivering enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. This role will play a key part in designing, developing, and supporting cloud-based business applications while working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams.

About the Role

As the Senior Microsoft Dynamics Solution Developer / Tech Lead / Solution Architect, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, driving cloud migration initiatives, and developing scalable integrations across enterprise platforms. You'll contribute to solution architecture, hands-on development, technical leadership, and CI/CD practices to support the organisation's digital capability and innovation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Lead the migration and upgrade of existing Dynamics CRM applications to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online.
- Develop customisations, plugins, custom workflow assemblies, and business logic using C# and .NET.
- Design and build integrations with third-party enterprise systems using REST APIs, Web APIs, OData, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Functions.
- Develop Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI where appropriate.
- Deliver clean, maintainable,



and high-quality code supported by automated deployments using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation including solution designs, technical specifications, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise solutions within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Perform troubleshooting, performance optimisation, and production support for Dynamics applications.

Required Skills & Experience

- Extensive commercial experience designing and developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 solutions in both on-premise and cloud environments.
- Solid experience with:
- Dynamics 365 customisation and configuration
- Plugin and Custom Workflow development
- Enterprise system integrations in high-volume environments
- Advanced development skills with:
- C#
- .NET
- HTML/CSS
- REST APIs, Web API, OData
- Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies including:
- Logic Apps
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Strong experience with Git and Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with SSRS, SSIS, and KingswaySoft.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience delivering projects using a Waterfall delivery methodology.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, pragmatic, and hands-on approach.
