About the Role

We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Operations Coordinator / Operations Support Officer to join our team based in Murarrie, Brisbane. In this fast-paced role, you will be a key link between customers, drivers, and operational teams, helping to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of our operation. From managing customer enquiries and coordinating service requirements to supporting drivers and resolving issues, you’ll help ensure a seamless experience for both customers and internal stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, can manage competing priorities, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Responding to customer and end-customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Liaising with drivers and operational teams to support service delivery
- Assisting with job scheduling and operational coordination
- Monitoring deliveries and collections to ensure service commitments are met
- Communicating service updates, delays, and schedule changes to customers
- Supporting pricing, invoicing, and payment-related enquiries
- Assisting drivers with operational queries and day-to‑day support
- Contributing to a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
