We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead Radio Access Network (RAN) projects from initiation through delivery. In this role, you will oversee deployment and onboarding of new 5G network designs supporting RAN hardware and RAN software. You’ll also help shape new service offerings and partner closely with Stakeholders to streamline systems and processes.

What You’ll Do

- Lead RAN projects, directing both technical and business resources.
- Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop, manage, and adjust project plans using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Assign tasks, manage resource allocation, and oversee day-to-day project operations.
- Review team deliverables prior to client handoff to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Track budgets, project risks, hours, and expenses; report regularly to leadership.
- Create and deliver executive-level dashboards and status reports.
- Lead internal operational projects related to service development, partner communications, and scheduling.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and properly archived.
- Mentor and guide Project Managers and Project Coordinators.





What You’ll Bring

- 5+ years working within a Telco environment
- 5+ years leading complex, multi-team RAN projects.
- Experience delivering and onboarding RAN solutions within a 5G environment
- Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet).
- Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and executive presentation.
- Solid organizational abilities, including information management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with senior leadership.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving project requirements.
- Experience working within a global team
- PMP® certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
