As a Production Worker, you will be involved in the manufacture and assembly of timber roof trusses and wall frames. Working in a rapid-paced production environment, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are manufactured accurately, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble timber roof trusses and wall frames using production plans.
- Measure, cut and position timber components accurately.
- Operate hand tools, power tools and production machinery safely.
- Read and interpret basic production drawings and work instructions.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Stack, wrap and prepare completed products for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
- Assist with general production and warehouse duties as required.

About You

We're looking for candidates who:

- Have previous experience in manufacturing, production, construction, warehouse or labouring roles (preferred but not essential).




- Are physically fit and comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks and lifting timber throughout the day.
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Can work effectively within a team environment.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Are reliable, punctual and committed to workplace safety.
- Can follow instructions and work efficiently to production targets.
- Hold a current driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred).
- Ability to work Monday to Friday
