Brunae Body is an Australian-made tanning and suncare brand with a growing global retail footprint. We're scaling fast across DTC and retail, and need operators who can keep pace.

Role Description

- We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to run day-to-day marketing operations — coordinating content, managing influencer and affiliate relationships, running campaign logistics, and making sure retail partners and customers get a consistently excellent experience of the brand. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working closely with the founders and wider marketing team in a rapid-paced environment. This is a role where you will collaborate closely every day with the rest of a very skilled DTC marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Influencer and affiliate management: source, onboard and manage relationships, coordinating gifting, briefs, content delivery, tracking and performance.
- Instagram content coordination: manage the posting schedule and content calendar, keeping posts on brief, on brand and on time.
- Campaign operations in ClickUp:



own the marketing team's campaign organisation, keeping tasks, deadlines and deliverables on track and following up external and internal partners where necessary.
- Customer experience and loyalty: partner with the marketing team to improve customer experience through loyalty initiatives and retention programs.
- Retail asset coordination: liaise with graphic designers and video editors to brief, track and deliver creative assets for retail partners on schedule.

Qualifications

2–4 years in a marketing, ecommerce or DTC coordination role, ideally FMCG or beauty. Strong project management instincts and comfort running multiple campaigns at once. Experience managing external relationships — influencers, affiliates, agencies or freelancers. Confidence with ClickUp or a similar project management tool plus Instagram scheduling. Ability to brief and collaborate with creative teams. Proactive, detail-oriented, takes initiative and mostly important, is organised.
