This role is a hunter's role. You'll own a NSW territory, build a qualified pipeline through the distributor network, and convert opportunities across foodservice, cafés, venues, corporate catering, education and healthcare. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with distribution partners: training their teams, running joint field activity, and building the kind of relationships that drive real sell out. This isn't an account babysitting role. You bring the activity, the discipline and the drive to open doors and close them.

Responsibilities:

- Current end user customer acquisition through distributor partners across NSW




- A live pipeline in HubSpot with clear close plans and next steps on every deal
- Joint Business Plans with key distributors covering targets, promos, focus SKUs and ranging
- Coaching and ride alongs with distributor reps to generate leads and close deals
- Accurate forecasting and territory reporting with commercial rigour

Candidates must have

- Proven new business development capability. You prospect, qualify and close
- Experience managing distributor or channel relationships and bringing partners along for the ride
- Sharp commercial acumen. Margin, pricing and deal structure are second nature
- HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) fluency and a healthy obsession with pipeline discipline
- High activity cadence and strong territory planning instincts. You think big and follow through
- Genuine alignment with purpose led, B Corp values. You want to win, and you want it to mean something
