We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Platinum Developers' in Melbourne. As a full time role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing the successful delivery of our medium density and land development projects.

What you'll be doing

- Manage all aspects of the development process, including feasibility studies, planning approvals, design, construction, and project handover
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as architects, contractors, local authorities, and project partners
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
- Collaborate with the wider team to identify new development opportunities and drive business growth

What we're looking for

- Demonstrated experience in property development or real estate project management, including end-to-end delivery of residential projects.
- Strong skills in feasibility analysis, financial modeling,



and budget management for development projects.
- Knowledge of planning regulations, approvals processes, and compliance requirements in Melbourne and broader VIC.
- Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, planners, engineers, and contractors.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally.
- Proven capability in risk assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making in a fast-paced development environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in property, construction management, urban development, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency with project management tools and standard office software; familiarity with development or real estate systems is advantageous.
- Commitment to safe work practices, sustainable development principles, and delivering high-quality outcomes for diverse residents.
