Your Role

As a Project Manager you’ll own your day-to-day achievements and contribute to the operations, performance, and growth of our Cairns office and surrounding regions. This is a hands‑on delivery role with short‑term growth opportunities towards a leadership role blending strategic oversight, business management, client engagement, and technical project delivery.

You’ll:

- Act as the key communication lead across clients,



stakeholders, and leadership
- Manage project delivery budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company systems
- Lead day‑to‑day operations and contribute to P&L; performance of the Cairns office
- Drive business development by maintaining strong client relationships
- Drive project delivery with technical excellence and accountability
- Contribute to the growth of the office and services

What You’ll Bring

- Qualifications in either Engineering, Construction or Architecture are preferred but not essential
- Proven experience in client-side project management with public sector experience highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with robust focus on achievement
- Robust business development and client relationship skills
- Technical expertise with the ability to oversee diverse projects
- Commercial acumen including contracts, risk, and financial management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
