- 1 x Ongoing, full-time role and 2 x Fixed-term, full-time roles (one until 30th June 2027 and the other until 16th June 2027) - Earn $116,413 - $140,849 per year, plus super.

What you will do As senior consultant – workplace relations, you will provide expert advice on complex workplace matters across the department. You will help leaders resolve difficult issues while improving workplace practices and supporting positive outcomes.

You will





- provide specialist advice and coaching on complex employee and workplace relations matters - develop and manage effective case management solutions across a wide range of people management issues - prepare explicit written advice, briefs and recommendations for sensitive workplace matters - support major organisational change by providing advice and managing consultation processes - contribute to practical policies, projects, mentoring and workplace relations improvements. About you A tertiary qualification in industrial relations, human resources, employment law or a related discipline is highly desirable. Specialist experience in a similar role will also be highly regarded.

You should also have

- strong experience managing complex employee relations cases - specialist knowledge of Victorian Public Service employment legislation and industrial agreements - excellent judgement, communication skills and problem-solving ability - proven ability to build trust, influence decisions and manage difficult conversations.
