Role Description: As we grow we're looking for seasoned Event Producers to join our team. Our contractors will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of events. You'll be working alongside our wider team, ensuring each project aligns with our values, objectives and our standards.

This is an on-site role based in Perth, involving regular meetings with clients, suppliers, and staff, as well as hands-on oversight during event setup, live delivery, and pack-down. Day-to-day responsibilities include building timelines and run sheets, managing budgets, stakeholder and supplier relationships, overseeing event activations and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.



The role also involves mentoring junior team members, troubleshooting operational challenges in office, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to keep events on schedule and within scope.

Location: Our office is based in Subiaco, however we offer the flexibility of working in-office or external, depending on other commitments and projects. To apply you must live in Western Australia and have the capability to execute events on-site. Skillset & Experience

Strong Customer Service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction and patron experience.

Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.

Proven Event Management experience in medium to large scale events.

Demonstrated leadership in managing events end-to-end, preferably in a senior or contractor capacity.

Ability to work on-site in Perth, WA, including evenings and weekends as required.

High level of organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.

Relevant experience in the events industry is required
