We're looking for an experienced front office professional to join our boutique Darling Harbour property. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in delivering polished guest service and can run the front desk with confidence and minimal supervision.

Depending on experience, the role may be offered at Senior Front Office Agent or Front Office Supervisor level.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a consistently high standard of guest service and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally across check-in, check-out and guest enquiries

- Manage room reservations, allocations and tasks in the PMS

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met

- Respond to booking enquiries across all channels

- Maintain accurate guest records and uphold privacy and data-handling standards

- Monitor guest reviews and feedback and flag recurring issues

Skills and Experience





- Experience in hospitality with 2–5 years of delivering elevated, guest-first service

- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced workplace

- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly

- Experience with a hotel PMS a plus, but not required

- Able to work independently

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Well presented, professional and calm under pressure

- Full working rights in Australia

For the Supervisor level

If you're stepping up to a supervisor role, we'd also be looking for:

- Experience guiding or supporting front office team members on shift
- A proactive approach to improving front office processes and service standards

Working days: Monday to Friday, 8am to 3:30pm.
