X2 Senior Full Stack Engineers (.NET / React / AWS/ AI Tools)

Sydney | Hybrid (1 day per week in the office)

Join an established Australian SaaS business looking to expand the tech looking for x2 Senior Full Stack Engineers to help lead that next phase.

20 people in tech team overall

What you'll be working on:

- Building customer-facing SaaS products used by thousands of businesses globally
- Developing modern React front ends and .NET backend services
- Designing scalable cloud-native applications on AWS
- Working across the full software lifecycle from architecture through to production
- Mentoring engineers and helping raise engineering standards
- Building AI-assisted software delivery practices across the team
- Influencing how AI becomes part of everyday engineering, not just product features

Tech:

- C#
- .NET
- React
- AWS- IAC, Build it, own it, run it!
- Terraform
- GitHub Actions
- Node.js (some services)
- REST APIs
- Modern AI tooling including Claude Code

What they're looking for:

- You'll have strong commercial experience building up-to-date applications with .NET and React, along with exposure to AWS ideally
- Beyond the technical stack,



they're looking for engineers who think about software design, enjoy mentoring others and take ownership of what they build.
- Most importantly, they're looking for people who embrace AI.
- You don't need to come from an AI or machine learning background, but you should already be using modern AI development tools or have experience building AI-powered functionality into commercial software.
- If you're the type of engineer who's already using Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar as part of your daily workflow, you'll fit in well here.
