About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Farm Supervisor / 2IC to support our Farm Manager in day-to-day operations. This is a hands‑on, varied role that’s ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, problem‑solving, and teamwork in an outdoor environment.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:





- Overseeing retail fishing and customer service activities
- Managing fish processing and retail stock
- Assisting with fish production, including feeding, reproduction, grading, and general maintenance
- Supporting seasonal operations during weekends and school holidays

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual, outdoor work
- Reliable and available to work weekends and peak holiday periods
- A proactive team player who can take initiative and solve problems
- Eager to learn and take pride in doing a great job

Bonus Skills (not Essential But Highly Regarded):

- Experience in aquaculture, mechanical or maintenance work, or tourism
- Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with farm equipment
