What you'll be responsible for

You'll be joining our HR and WHS Advisory team – the engine room of our organisation – delivering trusted, practical guidance to businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

Here’s what your days will look like:

- Own complex grievances, investigations and termination matters for our top-tier clients
- Provide robust, commercially focused workplace relations advice that mitigates legal and reputational risk
- Prepare claim responses (e.g. FWC matters) and coordinate conciliation documentation
- Deliver client training, webinars and facilitate implementation meetings
- Act as a trusted advisor within significant client accounts, spotting where else we can add value
- Maintain rigorous case documentation and milestone tracking

We're looking for

You're the kind of person who doesn't wait to be told what to do – you see a problem and get on with solving it. Beyond that,

- Advanced award literacy and confidence classifying roles and confirming pay compliance
- Proven experience managing complex ER/IR cases end-to-end, with sound judgment on risk and escalation
- Strong facilitation and training delivery skills
- Clear, plain-English communicator who builds client trust and empathy
- Structured written analysis with clear, implementable recommendations
- Calm under pressure, with the stakeholder influence to match
