We are seeking an experienced and registered Migration Agent (MARA) to join our growing team at our Harris Park, NSW office.

About the Role

As a Registered Migration Agent (MARA), you will provide expert migration advice and manage a wide range of Australian visa applications while ensuring compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with clients, education counsellors, and the operations team to deliver high-quality migration services.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional migration advice in accordance with Australian migration legislation and the Code of Conduct.
- Assess client eligibility for various Australian visa subclasses.
- Prepare, lodge, and manage visa applications, including:
- Graduate Visas
- Skilled Migration Visas
- Employer-Sponsored Visas
- Partner & Family Visas
- Visitor and Other Temporary Visas
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the visa process.
- Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant authorities.
- Ensure all applications are accurate, compliant, and submitted within required timeframes.




- Maintain detailed client records and update the CRM system.
- Support the education counselling team with migration pathway advice.
- Keep up to date with changes to Australian migration laws and policies.
- Conduct client consultations and provide tailored migration solutions.

Requirements

- Must hold a current Australian Registered Migration Agent (MARA) registration.
- Minimum 2-3 years of Australian migration consulting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Australian migration legislation and visa processes.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and client relationship management skills.
- High attention to detail and solid case management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with migration CRM systems is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: Up to AUD $100,000 per annum (based on experience and performance).
