We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Onsite Supervisor to join our team at our client’s state‑of‑the‑art facility in Craigieburn. This client is a globally recognised market leader and household name in e‑commerce and innovation. You will play a critical role in managing the performance of both Onsite Consultants and warehouse team members while overseeing day‑to‑day operations.
We are currently looking for someone for a day shift position, hours being 7am - 6pm on a rotating roster.
- Managing and overseeing the performance of Onsite Consultants and warehouse associates
- Addressing and resolving basic IR/ER issues
- Acting as the primary escalation point for our client for day to day queries
- Supporting the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations within a fast‑paced, high‑volume warehouse environment
- Ensuring safety protocols and workplace compliance standards are consistently maintained
- Leading performance management activities and providing constructive feedback to drive team success
- Strong interpersonal skills,
with the ability to effectively manage and motivate team members
- Experience handling IR and ER issues, with a solid understanding of workplace legislation
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage escalations and handle difficult situations
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail
