With a strong international presence and advanced technology, we are now rapidly expanding in the Australian solar and energy storage market — and we’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager to help us build solid local partnerships and drive business growth across Australia.

What You’ll Do

- Build and expand distribution networks across Australia for solar inverters, battery storage systems, and hybrid energy solutions.
- Identify, develop, and manage local distributors, EPCs, installers, and system integrators.
- Achieve sales targets and support the company’s market expansion strategy in Australia.
- Conduct market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and provide strategic market insights.
- Work closely with technical support, product, and marketing teams to ensure partner success and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows,



and customer meetings across Australia.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback to headquarters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution sales, or business development within the solar or energy storage industry.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and partner/channel management.
- Strong understanding of the Australian renewable energy market and local distribution ecosystem.
- Existing network with distributors, installers, EPCs, or solar industry partners in Australia is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability
