Your Role Owns lifecycle strategy across the full customer journey, defining and optimising how Flybuys drivesacquisition, activation, engagement, retention and reactivation. Translates customer insight, behavioural data and commercial priorities into a scalable lifecycle growthsystem that improves engagement, usage, retention and value creation.

Some key responsibilities include

- Agencies, coalition partners, marketing platform partners - Build and manage lifecycle roadmap balancing customer, commercialand delivery constraints - Drive repeat, high-value behaviours (app usage, activation,redemption, engagement) - Use insight and data to prioritise cohorts, journeys and opportunities - Define channel roles across app, push, eDM, paid, social and partnerenvironments - Lead test-and-learn programs with explicit hypotheses, measurementand optimisation - Align Product, Data, Brand, Partner and delivery teams on lifecyclepriorities - Build lifecycle capability, standards and ways of working - Establish performance rhythms, dashboards and insight-ledoptimisation - Link lifecycle activity to ROI,
