In this role, you'll: Manage the interface between operational teams and projects that impact service delivery within the station environment.
You will ensure customer, safety and operational requirements are identified, documented and incorporated into project planning and delivery to support safe and effective operations.
You will work closely with project teams, Customer Area Managers and key stakeholders to provide operational expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Your role will be to represent operational interests in project meetings, governance forums and risk workshops, ensuring project outcomes align with customer, safety and service delivery requirements.
You will build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while proactively managing the impact of projects on customers and frontline operations. Through effective communication, consultation and issue resolution, you will support the successful delivery of projects, minimise disruption and help maintain a positive customer experience. This is a permanent full time role based in Haymarket.

About you You are a senior project manager/program manager with significant experience working alongside customer readiness teams in a multi-disciplined, complex operational workplace such as rail or construction.
You are a strategic and collaborative leader who can successfully navigate complex organisational environments,
build strong stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes across multiple teams and levels of leadership in a highly industrialised environment.
You have demonstrated experience in project management methodologies, leading hybrid teams, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
With relevant tertiary qualifications and/or significant equivalent professional experience, you bring strong governance, reporting and portfolio management expertise, together with the ability to provide strategic advice and support evidence-based decision-making that delivers value for customers and communities across NSW.
