The Chance

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Perth team. As our client portfolio grows across the resources, energy and industrial sectors, this position will help support and expand our engineering and design capabilities. This a great opportunity for a talented and passionate Senior Mechanical Engineer to be part of a supportive and collaborative team. you'll be responsible for delivering accurate, well-presented, and compliant design deliverables using our established systems and procedures.

You'll develop simple, functional, and efficient mechanical solutions while providing technical guidance to Graduate Engineers and Engineers. This role also involves building strong relationships with colleagues and clients and ensuring the successful delivery of projects to client specifications, Australian Standards, and regulatory requirements on time and within budget. Responsibilities

Perform complex Mechanical and Piping design tasks from concept through to commissioning with minimal supervision

Understand project scope and constraints, highlighting concerns and/or opportunities around design and budget as early as possible.

Manage small to mid-sized projects as required Here’s what you’ll need

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)

Knowledge of applicable mechanical and piping design standards and guidelines
