About the role

- Utilise relevant experience past working on building services, mixed use, commercial, health or fit out projects as an experienced or Senior Mechanical Engineer;
- Experience designing / leading Mechanical (HVAC) projects or staff.
- Demonstrated experience designing modern HVAC systems within buildings projects.
- Understanding and working knowledge of working within an engineering contracting or consultancy environment on building services projects;
- Proven project experience working to Australian Standards NCC, with exposure to local projects;
- Proficiency with industry standard software (such as; MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Camel, Bluebeam);
- Experience working in Mechanical / Building services design including HVAC, Chillers, Air distribution, plant upgrades as well as understanding / Coordination with other key services disciplines; Electrical, Hydraulics, Fire ESD etc..




- RBP / Chartered accreditation useful but not essential.

Salary $150K - $170K Pkg (Potential for bonuses)

Skills and experience

- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Mechanical / Services Engineering Degree;
- Prior experience/understanding of CAD/Revit, helpful but not essential;
- Experience working on buildings projects - (High, Medium, Low rise), Community, retail, mixed use, health or residential.
- CPEng / RBP or working towards CPEng useful
- 5 + years (Circa) years Building Services experience
- Can do attitude and drive to lead by example
