Our Senior Member Care Consultant plays a critical role in supporting the success of our Employment Services programs, including Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) and Transition to Work (TtW). Working closely with the Member Care Coordinator, you'll drive outcome performance, revenue assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement while providing specialist guidance to frontline teams.

You'll enjoy working within a collaborative and high performing team, helping to maximise employment outcomes for young people while ensuring contractual obligations, evidence standards and claiming requirements are met.

In this role, you’ll:

- Drive employment outcome claims and revenue assurance activities.
- Provide post placement support to participants and employers, helping to achieve sustainable employment outcomes and resolve workplace challenges.
- Assist with participant enquiries, registrations and quality assurance activities, helping to deliver a positive yourtown Plus experience.
- Provide expert advice on claims, compliance and evidence requirements.
- Manage wage subsidy reimbursement activities and support employers to access available incentives.
- Resolve complex claims and help improve processes and performance.
- Analyse data and trends to identify opportunities and manage risk.
- Coach and support colleagues to build capability and consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes for young people




- Gain valuable leadership experience through opportunities to act in the Member Care Coordinator role during periods of leave and operational support.

Enjoy the best of both worlds with a flexible work pattern that combines one day at our Milton Head Office (every Tuesday), two days at your choice of Brisbane South East sites (Browns Plains, Kingston and/or Upper Mount Gravatt), and two days working from home. Variety, flexibility and connection are all part of the role.

what we're looking for

- Experience working within Employment Services and a strong understanding of compliance, performance and contractual requirements.
- Expertise in employment outcomes, evidence collection, claims management and revenue assurance activities.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data, identify risks and implement practical solutions that improve service delivery and performance.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence and support others without direct management responsibility.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills, coupled with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
