Senior Planner | Bras N Things

We’re looking for a sharp, commercially driven Senior Planner to join Bras N Things and take ownership of the financial and inventory strategy for your department. This is a high-impact role where your planning expertise will directly influence sales, margin, stock performance and the way we show up for our customers.

Working closely with Buying, Allocation and Senior Leadership, you’ll lead the planning process, drive key trading decisions and turn data into commercial actions. You'll play an important role in balancing customer demand, inventory productivity and financial performance, while supporting the development of the broader planning team.

What will I be doing?

Own the financial and inventory planning for your department, supporting delivery of sales, margin and stock targets.

Manage seasonal and in-season planning, including OTB, range planning, markdown management and stock governance.

Partner with Buying, Allocation and cross-functional teams to build customer-led, commercially strong ranges.

Analyse trade performance and turn insights into clear actions that drive short-term results and long-term growth.

Coach and support the planning team to lift capability, consistency and confidence.

Influence senior stakeholders with data-led recommendations and practical, commercial solutions.

· What experience do I have?

4+ years’ merchandise planning experience in a fast-moving retail environment.

Strong analytical capability, with the ability to turn data into meaningful recommendations.

Confidence managing OTB, sales, margin, markdowns, stock and trade performance.

Clear,



confident communication skills and the ability to influence a range of stakeholders.

A customer-first mindset and solid understanding of consumer behaviour.

A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities at pace.

Tertiary qualifications in a related field are preferred.
