An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a well-established national organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Working closely with an experienced Head of People, you'll partner with leaders across a dedicated business portfolio, providing strategic and operational HR support. This role offers plenty of variety, combining business partnering, employee relations, organisational change and people projects within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to provide practical and commercially focused HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
- Coach and support managers with performance management, leadership capability, talent development and workforce planning.
- Manage complex employee relations matters including investigations, grievances, disciplinary processes and performance management.
- Support organisational design, restructures and change management initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employment legislation, Modern Awards and HR policies.
- Partner on remuneration reviews, engagement initiatives and performance cycles.
- Analyse people data and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to People & Culture projects that enhance the employee experience and support business objectives.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations and case management.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations.
- Experience supporting leaders within a retail, hospitality, FMCG or other multi-site environment will be highly regarded.
- Exceptional communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- A pragmatic, commercially minded approach with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline are desirable.
