Your mission is to lead the management, governance, design and optimisation of CareSuper’s member correspondence platform, ensuring our member and regulatory communications are accurate, compliant, scalable and delivered efficiently.
You will:
- Own the member correspondence platform and framework end-to-end, ensuring it is fit-for-purpose, scalable and governed through clear lifecycle management, business rules and change control practices.
- Establish and maintain governance and risk controls across templates, operational procedures, escalation pathways, continuity planning and regulatory compliance.
- Lead quality assurance and release management, ensuring communications are tested and approved across data, content, branding and channel outputs before deployment.
- Partner with Technology, vendors and business stakeholders to deliver platform changes, improve performance and support reliable correspondence delivery.
What we’re looking for
We’re on the lookout for someone who combines strong technical platform capability with excellent governance, stakeholder management and continuous improvement skills. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing correspondence platforms, such as SmartCOMM or OpenText Exstream, including template build,
data bindings, channel outputs and production deployment.
- Strong capability developing dynamic templates using business rules, conditional logic, data mapping and metadata for personalised, high-volume member communications.
- Proven experience managing template lifecycle, version control, approval workflows, regression testing and pre-release validation across content, data and channel outputs.
- Ability to manage platform governance, vendor relationships, defects, enhancements and releases while maintaining strong controls and regulatory alignment.
- Experience supporting live environments, including incident triage, log and data analysis, root cause identification and remediation.
