Working early shifts and finishing up with the whole afternoon to yourself. Get your day started, make a real difference, and still have time for the gym, school pick-up, study, or just downtime -every single day.
- Morning shift structure - start early, finish by early
- Ongoing training and career development
- Permanent part time or casual - your choice
What You'll Be Doing
- Support participants with morning routines - personal care, breakfast, medication prompts
- Help participants start their day with confidence and independence
- Support community access and daily living tasks
- Keep accurate, professional documentation
- Build genuine, trusting relationships with the people you support
What We're Looking For
- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care
- SIL or NDIS experience highly regarded
- An early riser who brings energy and warmth to the morning shift
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Driver's Licence
- Reliable, compassionate, and outstanding at building rapport
