DDH1 Drilling is seeking a HR Advisor to join its People & Culture team to provide operational and advisory support across the full employee lifecycle within a mining workplace.
This role is primarily office-based in Canning Vale, WA, with occasional site visits. You will support managers with HR advice, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and policy updates while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and awards.
