Day to day responsibilities

- Be the go-to expert in store for all things skincare; helping our customers to find the best products for their needs and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing!
- Conduct skin services for customers including skin consultations and relaxing facials.
- Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store.

What success looks like in this role

- Proven experience and knowledge of skincare products and how specific ingredients work for different skin needs.
- Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that allow them to feel amazing in their own skin.
- An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude.
- A beauty therapy qualification is desirable but not required.
