Field Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver SSJs (small service jobs) on time and within budget
- Engineer and/or assist in the engineering of SSJs
- Commission SSJs/upgrades
- Liaise with customers and deliver exceptional service
- Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures
- Ensure our workplaces are safe through the reporting of SOS’s, following procedures

Key Experience & Capabilities

- Trade background in Security/CCTV industry
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in electronic security
- Knowledge of Security, Access controls, CCTV DDC and controls systems and/or experience in ICT and network communication
- Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching
- Experience in Electronic security and controls – locking out ports to specific devices
- Good planning and time management (desirable)
- Small/medium estimation of works and pricing (desirable)




- Requires full driving licence
- Must pass QLD criminal checks
