Blind And Screen Installer

Efficiently install various types of blinds and security screens as per client requirements and company standards.

Location: Carrapateena Mines, South Australia. Employer: Stan Bond, Salisbury South, SA.

Contract: temporary contract.

Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively with a team to ensure timely completion of installation projects.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while working on the mine site.
- Attend mandatory training sessions as required, including safety briefings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Prepare and submit work reports and documentation as needed.

About The Candidate

Stan Bond is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Backpacker for a temporary contract at the Carrapateena Mines in South Australia. This is a unique opportunity to join our dedicated team in providing quality installation services for blinds and security screens within a dynamic mine workplace.

- Physical ability to perform manual work, including lifting and operating installation tools and machinery.




- Previous experience in installations or a similar field preferred but not required.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a White Card (Construction Induction Card) prior to commencement.
- Must undergo and pass a police check due to the nature of the work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a remote location for extended periods (10 days on-site).
- Open to receiving job-specific training.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to safety and a strong understanding of work health and safety principles.
