The Opportunity
An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Flood Engineer to join one of Australia's most respected and fastest-growing engineering consultancies.

Based in Brisbane's CBD, you'll take on a key leadership role where you'll combine technical expertise with team leadership, mentoring and client engagement, helping shape both major projects and the future growth of the business.
Project Exposure
You'll play a leading role across a diverse portfolio of projects including:
- Flood modelling and flood impact assessments
- Major transport and infrastructure projects
- Urban development and master-planned communities
- Catchment and drainage studies
- Stormwater management and flood mitigation strategies
- Government and private sector developments throughout Queensland
We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in flood modelling within an Australian engineering consultancy
- Strong working knowledge of TUFLOW and related flood modelling software
- Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative leader who enjoys developing both people and client relationships
