1300SMILES Gladstone is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Casual Receptionist to join our team. As the face of the practice, you'll play a key role in creating positive patient experiences while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our busy dental clinic. This casual opportunity requires availability Monday to Saturday, with typical shifts from 7:45am to 5:15pm. We're looking for someone who is flexible, organised, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
- Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
- Coordinatingappointment bookings and manage the clinic's schedule.
- Answering phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests.
- Keeping reception running smoothly and looking tidy.
- Supporting dental team with admin tasks asneeded.
Qualifications
- Bring a friendly, welcoming manner and genuinely enjoy helping others
- Have strong communication and organisational skills, and can multitask without missing a beat
- Work well as part of a team and support your colleagues
- Be eager to learn and grow, and open to taking on new challenges
