Our client is an award-winning creative production agency, looking to recruit a Senior Event Producer to join their growing Sydney team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced agency-side producer looking to take ownership of complex, high-profile projects while working alongside an exceptional team of creatives and production specialists The role:

The agency delivers an exciting mix of luxury brand experiences, major sporting events, music festivals, large-scale experiential campaigns and premium hospitality environments. With an exciting pipeline of work ahead, including a significant long-term project, they're looking for a senior producer who can hit the ground running and become a trusted leader within the business.

- Reporting into the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for managing key client relationships, leading multidisciplinary project teams and overseeing projects from initial brief through to successful delivery.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex experiential, event and creative production projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee project planning, timelines, budgets and commercial performance
- Lead internal project teams, collaborating closely with Creative, Production and specialist departments
- Manage project scope, identify risks and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard
- Drive project meetings, stakeholder communication and client presentations
- Manage supplier and contractor relationships, negotiating costs and ensuring value for clients
- Work closely with the creative department to ensure design intent is delivered while remaining commercially viable
- Interrogate project costs, challenge assumptions and maintain strong budget control throughout delivery
- Lead onsite delivery where required, ensuring exceptional client service and seamless execution

The candidate:

We're looking for a confident,



commercially minded Senior Event Producer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys managing large, complex projects from concept through to completion.

The ideal candidate will bring:

- 5 years' experience within a creative events, experiential or production agency
- Proven experience managing major client accounts and high-value projects
- Strong agency-side project management experience with the ability to hit the ground running
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen, including budget ownership, forecasting and financial reconciliation
- Experience managing internal multidisciplinary teams across creative, production and project delivery
- A solid understanding of design processes and the ability to work collaboratively with creative teams
- Strong knowledge of custom builds, fabrication costs and production budgets
- Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary package of $120,000 - $130,000 super
