The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Project Architect to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Architect to take ownership of projects from briefing through to construction, working directly with clients, consultants and directors. The successful candidate will play a key role in project delivery, mentoring team members, and contributing to the ongoing growth and design culture of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead projects through all design and delivery stages, from feasibility and concept design through to contract administration and project completion.

· Coordinate consultant teams and manage project programs, budgets and deliverables.

· Mentor graduates and architectural staff, providing technical and professional guidance.

· Collaborate with clients, consultants, and directors.

· Undertake site inspections and contract administration during construction.

· Ensure high-quality documentation and detailing.

· Review design, documentation and contract administration packages.

· Contribute to quality assurance processes and studio standards.

· Support business development initiatives and foster long-term client relationships.

Skills & Experience

· Registered Architect with 5–10 years of professional experience.

· Strong project management and multitasking abilities.





· Strong documentation and detailing capabilities.

· Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

· Desirable: Enscape, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop.

· Experience coordinating consultant models and BIM workflows.

· Solid understanding of NCC, planning regulations, and construction methodology.

· Experience managing project budgets, resourcing and program delivery.

· Ability to identify project risks and proactively manage outcomes.

· Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Experience in high-quality residential and multi-residential projects desirable.

· Positive, professional attitude and collaborative mindset.
