About the Role An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Program Manager to support the Department with a transition of program.

- Develop a whole of program implementation plan and roadmap for transition.
- Coordinate workstreams to support transition of the program with Department stakeholders.
- Monitor workstreams and provide progress updates to senior officials on program management transitions, recommending paths forward.
- Develop a change management strategy to outline the needs of each stakeholder group through the transition processes and how change will be managed for each group.
- Contribute to drafting of s23 minutes and agreements that require amendment.
- Ensure alignment of agreements with the Commonwealth Grants, Rules and Principles and Commonwealth Procurement Rules.

The Senior Program Manager will provide the following outputs,

1. Monthly progress report across workstreams
2. An implementation plan and roadmap for program transition
3. Transition of all agreements to recent systems (such as SAP, SAP GUI and Power Bi)
4. Monitoring and Evaluation Learning plan for monitoring and tracking progress
5.



Change management strategy
6. Stakeholder map
7. Grant guidelines.
8. Treat implementation support, as required.

Location and Contract Term: This role can be based in ACT (travel may be required for this role)*. 2 year*Contract with 1 x 6 - month contract extension options pending budget and delegate approval. Security Requirements: Applicants must be Australian Citizens and hold a NV1/NV2 security clearance.
