- New-build commercial construction projects THE ROLE - Manage commercial construction projects from award through to successful completion.
- Take ownership of programme, budget, quality, safety, and client outcomes.
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Work closely with Site Managers, providing hands-on leadership and regular site support throughout the construction phase.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and manage project risks, opportunities, and commercial outcomes.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
