Dixon Appointments is partnering with a well-established not-for-profit organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a growing portfolio of projects and a small team of project professionals.

About the Role
Reporting to a Project Director, you will oversee multiple concurrent projects from planning through to delivery, leading a team while working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include
- Leading the successful delivery of several projects and programs
- Managing, mentoring and developing a team of Project Coordinators
- Managing project plans, timelines, reporting and risk management activities
- Building strong stakeholder relationships across a broad network
- Supporting governance, evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard
About You
We're looking for a capable and people-focused project leader who enjoys working in collaborative and purpose-driven environments.
You'll bring
- 5+ years' project management experience
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams
- Robust stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Well-developed planning, reporting and organisational skills
- The ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
Essential
- Formal Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK or similar)
- Previous people leadership experience
- Experience delivering complex projects from initiation through to completion

- Salary package circa $115,000 - $120,000 + Super (pro rata if part-time)
