In this role, you'll manage a diverse commercial property portfolio for a key client, giving you the opportunity to build trusted relationships, deliver exceptional outcomes, and make a real impact. What you'll be responsible for; Managing the day-to-day operations and overall performance of a commercial property portfolio

Building strong relationships with owners, occupiers, contractors, and key stakeholders

Ensuring lease compliance, coordinating lease renewals, rent reviews, and associated documentation

Preparing and presenting detailed monthly reporting packs for clients

Monitoring property financial performance, including budgeting, expenditure control, debt collection, and payment approvals

Working closely with building services and operational teams to deliver exceptional property outcomes

Identifying opportunities to enhance asset performance and client satisfaction What you'll bring; Previous experience in Commercial Property Management

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Sound financial acumen, including an understanding of property budgets and financial reporting A proactive, solutions-focused approach and exceptional attention to detail





Strong written and verbal communication skills
