A highly regarded Eastern Suburbs agency is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 160 properties. With a dedicated support team behind you, your focus will simply be building strong landlord relationships, managing your portfolio and delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a genuine Monday to Friday, office-based role designed to let you focus on the parts of property management you actually enjoy.

You'll be supported by:

- A dedicated Property Officer conducting all routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- A dedicated Leasing Executive managing leasing enquiries and open homes
- A dedicated Accounts Officer managing trust accounting and portfolio administration

- Previous residential property management experience

- Current Certificate of Registration, Class 2 Licence or Class 1 Licence
