Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced senior psychologists to join the Mental Health team, based at Ward 23, The Northern Hospital Epping.

Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne's rapidly growing outer north.

Services are provided through our six main campuses:

Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals Centres and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.

A****bout the Role:

This role requires a senior psychologist who is ready for a leadership role which combines advanced clinical practice with professional governance across all of the Mental Health Division at Northern Health.

This position will support and work across all four of our inpatient units, based both at our Epping campus and Broadmeadows campus.

This role is responsible for the professional governance of psychology across our acute bed based mental health services at Northern Health To be successful in this role you will have:

- Advanced experience and knowledge in clinical psychology
- Proven ability to lead and work within a large multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
