What’s the role?

This role is a Parental Leave Cover Role - approx 12 mths.

Imagine building lasting relationships with some of Queensland's leading Agribusiness customers while helping regional communities grow and prosper.

As a Senior Relationship Manager based in Rockhampton, you'll manage relationships with established Agribusiness customers and work alongside a passionate team committed to supporting the future of Australian agriculture. You'll partner with businesses requiring lending facilities from $3 million to $50 million, helping deliver tailored banking solutions that support their ambitions and success.

This full time opportunity offers meaningful work, strong team support and the chance to build your career in one of Australia's most important industries.

What do I need?

- Expertise in Agribusiness and an understanding of the unique needs of regional customers
- Solid relationship building and communication skills
- Experience with cashflow lending, balance sheet analysis and deal structuring
- Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Well established referral networks and strong community connections
