Role Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager who lives and breathes social media and digital marketing.

In this role, you’ll work with some of Australia’s top brands to develop and execute social media marketing strategies that drive real results.

You’ll create compelling content and campaign strategies tailored to each client’s brand, target audience and marketing objectives, bring that content to life, and ensure it’s scheduled seamlessly across their platforms.

Requirements

- Experience in short-form video content creation;





- Excessive usage of TikTok and Instagram - if there’s a trend, you’re already on it;

- Expertise in developing and executing organic social media marketing strategies;

- Experience in monitoring content and campaign performance and applying learnings to future marketing strategies;

- A keen eye for aesthetic designs and how to curate a feed inline with brand positioning;

- Ability to write engaging captions aligned with client marketing objectives;

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines;

- Understanding of post-production - being able to edit content to achieve desired outcomes;

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional social media marketing role;

- Experience managing client relationships and project managing the creative workflow;

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; and

- Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

- Create and implement social media marketing and content strategies for various clients.

- Analyse client objectives, target audiences and brand positioning to develop tailored content strategies.

- Conceptualise specific content ideas and see them through to execution.

- Schedule and plan posts in advance and write engaging captions to accompany posts.

- Monitor content and campaign performance and apply insights to improve future strategies.

- Liaise with clients to deliver an exceptional service that exceeds their expectations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with client marketing objectives.
