About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives. You'll drive solution architecture, multi-cloud strategy, integrations, AI innovation, and technical governance while mentoring delivery teams and ensuring scalable, secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect end-to-end Salesforce and multi-cloud solutions.
- Lead integration, data architecture, and enterprise solution design.
- Produce high- and low-level solution designs.
- Provide technical leadership, governance, and code/design reviews.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Business, and Delivery teams.
- Drive Salesforce best practices, DevOps, and release management.
- Champion Agentforce and GenAI capabilities across Salesforce solutions.





Must-Have Skills

- 12+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce Architecture expertise.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect & System Architect (Mandatory).
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, LWR, JavaScript, Trigger Framework, and Data Modelling.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
- Robust knowledge of Service Cloud Voice, Omni-Channel, Digital Engagement, and modern Salesforce architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist or Agentforce Innovator Badge.
- Marketing Cloud experience.
- Experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, Pre-sales, POCs, and Solution Design.
