We currently have an exciting opportunity for aSenior ICT ProjectManagerto join our ICT Team.Reporting to theICT Project Office Manager,you'llplay a pivotal role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects, partnering with senior stakeholders, leading project teams, and driving best-practice project governance across theBullabusiness.

AsanICT Senior Project Manager,you'llbe responsible forleading multiple projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with business leaders,vendorsand cross-functional teams,you'llprovide leadership across project planning, governance, risk management, stakeholderengagementand change delivery while contributing to the ongoing maturity of the ICT Project Management Office.

What’sthe Scoop?

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex ICT and business transformation projects.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across various business functions.
- Develop andmaintainproject plans, budgets,schedulesand governance documentation.
- Identifyand proactively manage project risks,issuesand dependencies.
- FacilitateOrganisationalChangeManagementactivitiesensuring thatpeopleadoptionhappenstogether withproject delivery.
- Facilitate project steering committees and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure projects follow established governance, change management and delivery frameworks.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders,vendorsand external partners.
- Mentor and support project team members while promoting best-practice project delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the ICT Project Management Office.

WhatYou’llBring:

- Minimum5+ years of proven experience in ICT project management, planning,



and tracking across the full project lifecycle.
- Experience working directly with key business stakeholders, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules,risksand governance.
- Proficient with modern project management tools, systems, and varying delivery frameworks.
- Knowledge of a range of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches).
- Strong analytical mindset, decision-making capabilities, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant Project Management Skilled certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are highly regarded.
- Knowledgeand/or experience with ADKARprinciplesishighly regarded.
- Based in Derrimut with the flexibility to visit other sites (Mulgrave, Dandenong, Colac) asrequired
