Troocoo is proud to be partnering with yourtown to appoint a Conversion Rate Optimisation Lead to join their Marketing & Fundraising team.

yourtown is a trusted provider of services for young people, with a focus on mental health and wellbeing, long-term unemployment, prevention of youth suicide, child protection, and support for those experiencing domestic and family violence. About The Role

This is a hands-on, commercially minded role reporting to the Head of Marketing, responsible for driving measurable growth across yourtown's digital ecosystem. You'll bring a test-and-learn mindset to every digital touchpoint, asking how a channel can be optimised, what the hypothesis behind a change might be, and what effect it could have on acquisition, revenue or subscription conversion.

You'll join a team that is evolving and improving its digital foundations, so you'll need to be comfortable working with ambiguity and contributing practically while systems and processes continue to mature. In return, you'll have genuine scope to shape how yourtown's digital channels perform, working closely with analytics, paid media and the wider marketing team along the way.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing integrated digital strategies across SEO, SEM and paid channels to drive acquisition and growth.
- Leading experimentation initiatives,



including A/B testing and rapid test-and-learn programs, grounded in clear hypotheses and commercial impact.
- Continuously optimising website content, structure and technical performance to lift conversion rates and user experience.
- Owning website tagging, event tracking and data capture to ensure the accuracy of digital performance insights.
- Enabling and optimising digital marketing platforms (CMS, CRM, DAM) to support seamless, scalable experiences, working with developers and vendors where needed.
- Developing dashboards and reporting frameworks that translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Partnering with marketing, analytics and paid media teams to align digital initiatives with broader campaign and fundraising objectives.

About you

You're a commercially astute digital marketer who thrives on solving problems and improving digital journeys rather than simply inheriting something fully built. You bring resilience and a calm, practical approach to a changing environment, along with the confidence to action straightforward website changes yourself and know when to elevate the rest.

You will also bring:

- 5+ years' experience working with DXP, CMS, CRM or similar marketing technologies (Optimizely experience a bonus).
- Proven experience enabling and optimising digital platforms,



with a strong understanding of digital performance metrics, optimisation techniques and analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience delivering digital experiences in collaboration with marketing and technical teams.
- Working knowledge of HTML and basic technical implementation, enough to action content and on-site changes with confidence.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their evolving role in digital optimisation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to prioritise across multiple projects at once.
- A degree in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field is desirable, as are certifications in Google Analytics, enterprise CMS platforms or AI tools.
