Female Mental Health Support Worker - Inala

Experienced female Mental Health Support Workers to work with a client in Inala that has mental health challenges, phsycho-social disabilities and a physical disability.

Someone with comprehensive knowledge of mental health issues and an understanding of the mental challenges clients face

Prior experience working with clinically complex clients, with psychosocial disabilities

Capable of handling escalated behaviors

Must have a relevant Certificate III or extensive experience working with client with mental health challenges

You are dedicated to providing high quality care.

A willingness to learn - taking part in our regular paid training opportunities.

You have or can obtain the following:

Blue Card and NDIS Screening/ Yellow Card

First Aid and CPR Certificate

Driver’s License

Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance

Benefits and Salary





$32 - $44 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) plus penalty rates and super
