The Sales Associate role is designed to fulfil multiple roles within an agency, but also provide sales applicants, not quite ready for sales but with great long term potential, a explicit pathway into a genuine real estate sales career. The role and the respective tasks for each can be broken up as follows:

Prospecting Responsibilities

- Prospect for Sellers - use prospecting sources as per Winning Ways
- Build and develop their own Personal Marketplace (PMP)

Support Responsibilities

- Arrange, attend and report on post contract inspections (i.e. Building Inspections, Bank Valuations, Pre-settlement inspections)
- Attend property inspections
- Make appointments for Sales team
- Assist Sellers to showcase their properties by helping them source services and tradespeople
- Erect and install For Sale/Under Contract/Sold signs
- Deliver pre-pamp materials




- Assist with production and dissemination of marketing materials - flyer deliveries
- Attend photo appointments
- Shopping for office supplies, collecting stationery orders & mail
- Prepare and distribute gift packs/platters/Gingerbreads to new buyers
- Input data into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Efficiently attend to any other administrative tasks as directed
- Constantly study how to improve knowledge, skills and attitude and then apply what has been learnt
