With a strong and growing pipeline of work, Devplex & Broadway Homes are looking for an experienced Prestart Consultant / Contracts Administrator t to join our team full-time at our modern Wangara office.

From bespoke luxury homes to large-scale developments, every day brings something different.
We are a design and construct building company delivering projects across the property development sector, including:
- Medium density housing developments
- Bespoke single and two-storey custom homes
- NDIS & SDA housing
- Class 2 apartment developments

The Role
As our Prestart Consultant / Contracts Administrator, you'll play a key role in guiding clients through one of the most exciting stages of their building journey while ensuring every project is documented accurately and ready for construction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding clients through the prestart process, ensuring selections and specifications are completed accurately and on time across a diverse range of projects
- Providing exceptional customer service from prestart through to key handover
- Preparing contracts, addenda and variations
- Liaising with consultants, suppliers,
local authorities and internal departments
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure client selections are implemented correctly throughout construction
- Responding to client enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Building strong relationships with clients while delivering a seamless pre-construction experience
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, personable and thrives in a fast paced environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Prestart Consultant and/or Contracts Administrator role at a residential builder (essential)
- An Interior Design qualification (preferred)
- Outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional presentation and positive attitude
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work proactively within a team
