We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Generation Marketing Specialist to support our growth through high-quality content, email campaigns, and HubSpot-driven marketing activity.
This is a casual role for someone who can work independently, move fast, and consistently produce marketing output that drives real leads—not just content for content’s sake.
What you’ll be doing
- Writing and publishing SEO-focused blog posts per week
- Creating email and LinkedIn campaigns and newsletters
- Managing and maintaining HubSpot CRM (lists, workflows, lead tracking)
- Supporting website content updates (blogs, landing pages, basic edits)
- Helping improve lead generation performance across all channels
What we’re looking for
- 3-5 years experience in content marketing,
demand generation, or digital marketing
- Solid copywriting skills (SEO + conversion-focused writing)
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing tools
- Experience running email and/or LinkedIn campaigns
- Ability to manage workload effectively within ~20 hours per week
- Self-starter who can work independently and deliver consistently
